Playing catch! – What are boogers? (Experiment) |

If you want to see all of the dust and dirt particles your nose catches for you, try this experiment!
On a windy day, spread some glue onto a piece of cardboard and take it outside. Set the cardboard with the glue down on the ground. Standing somewhere nearby to the cardboard, shake out a small rug or doormat, allowing the wind to carry all of the dust and dirt through the air. Just like the mucus in your nose when you breathe, the glue on the paper will trap the dust and dirt as the wind carries it by!
