Your use of this website (the “Site”) is conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms of use (the “Terms of Use”). By using the Site, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. whyzz Publications LLC (“whyzz”) reserves the right to change, modify or remove content from the Site without prior notice, due to technical, regulatory or business limitations or for any other reason. whyzz may modify these Terms of Use at any time and at its sole discretion, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified policies, terms and conditions on the Site.
1. Content of the Site:
The Site provides information designed to help parents and caregivers answer questions posed by young children and understand how children learn through asking. The Site may also include stories or anecdotes for entertaining children. The information and other content provided on the Site is intended to be presented in language that can be readily understood by young children. You may not agree with or believe that the suggested answers are appropriate for a young child, and whyzz makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy or appropriateness of the suggested answers. You are responsible for deciding whether to use a suggested response, or to provide children with access to the Site or the information contained on the Site. whyzz edits submitted content for form and appropriateness, and attempts to verify the accuracy of submitted content, but makes no representation or warranty regarding the content, including without limitation any warranty with respect to the completeness, accuracy, effectiveness or appropriateness of any submitted question, comment, answer, advice, suggestion, materials (including photographs and multimedia content) or user comments posted to or presented on the Site (the “Content”). Under no circumstances will whyzz be liable in any way for any claims, liabilities, damage or losses of any kind related to your use of any Content posted to or transmitted through the Site. 2. Content Posted to the Site By You:

If you believe a comment violates the Terms of Use, the whyzz Privacy Policy, or otherwise violates your or someone else's rights, we invite you to notify us about your concerns.
3. Whyzz's Rights in Content Posted on the Site:
When you submit Content to the Site, subject to the licenses here, you own the Content and, unless whyzz and you separately agree otherwise, you are free to use the Content you submit for your own purposes outside of the Site. whyzz desires to provide appropriate attribution for any Content submitted for use on the Site, and you agree that whyzz may cite you as the author of the Content. Although your Content may be accepted by whyzz, whyzz is under no obligation to post or display the Content on the Site, and whyzz may edit, modify or remove any Content posted on the Site for any reason and at any time. Even if whyzz edits, modifies or removes your Content, whyzz retains all of the foregoing rights to any edited Content. whyzz may assign, encumber or sublicense any or all of its rights under these Terms of Use, including without limitation in connection with the sale of the whyzz business, or the Site. You shall not use or introduce into the Site any device, software or routine that could damage or interfere with the proper operation of the Site. You shall not directly or indirectly take any action to unduly stress the Site, including by way of example and not limitation incurring session lengths or conducting search queries that whyzz reasonably determines to be abusive, or use any scraper, robot, spider or other automated mechanism to access the Site or to download the Content. whyzz reserves the right to monitor your use of the Site to provide guidance and assistance in the use of the Site, and to monitor your conformance with these Terms of Use. You acknowledge and hereby consent to such monitoring.
5. Misuse:
whyzz reserves the right to terminate (a) your access to the Site and (b) your use of the Site if, in whyzz's reasonable belief, you have violated the usage limitations set forth in these Terms of Use.
6. Reservation of Rights:
The information provided by whyzz in connection with the Site is the property of and/or proprietary to whyzz. whyzz hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right and license, solely for your personal or internal business use, to use the Site and the services provided thereon. You may not resell, license or otherwise redistribute any Site Content not owned by you. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring to you, by implication or otherwise, any license or right under any copyright, patent, trademark or other whyzz proprietary right, and you expressly agree not to make any use of any such whyzz proprietary right. whyzz may provide links to third party web sites on the Site. Your use of these third party sites is subject to any terms of use policy posted by the third party site owner.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREUNDER, THE SITE AND THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL SITE CONTENT AND INFORMATION PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WHYZZ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXPECTED RESULTS, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE. WHYZZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM OR LOSS CLAIMED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY RELATING TO BUSINESS OR PERSONAL DECISIONS MADE BY YOU AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND THE SITE CONTENT.
