2.Where do your authors and contributors get their information?
whyzz Staff Writers research their topics using reference books (such as encyclopedias, dictionaries, and atlases) as well as reliable sources on the Internet, such as the websites of universities, museums, well-established organizations, newspapers, and divisions of government. whyzz Experts and organizations often write their articles using first-hand knowledge from their area of specialization.
Many articles display the sources that were referenced for information at the bottom of the page, under "Sources and Links." We encourage all users to submit this information with their contributions.
3.What if I can't find an answer to my question?
- Type in the whole question. - Example: "Why don't boats sink?"
- Type in the main words of your question. - boats, sink
- Try a different way of wording your question. - "Why do boats float?" "Why doesn't a boat drown?" "Why do boats swim?" "How do boats work?" And remember: Our search is unable to recognize most slang terms.
- Check the spelling and grammar in your entry. - Accidentally typing "baots" instead of "boats" will cause you to get no results.
- Remove or add hyphens, spaces, and plurals. - If "goose-bumps" doesn't work, try "goosebumps" instead!
- Browse for your question in our categories! - This gives you the chance to see all the different questions whyzz has in a certain area of interest!
