What are the names of some countries in Africa that you've heard about or maybe even traveled to?
Look at a map of Africa and have someone help you learn that names of some places! Do you see any tall mountains in these places? Based on what you think the land looks like, what do you think the weather would be like in these places??
Africa is often thought of as a very hot place, and in many parts of the continent, it is! But in spite of having many high temperatures, there are some places in Africa where it snows!

Do you know where these countries are?? Look for them on a map, and then see if you can spot some of their mountain ranges, too!
