You’ve just learned that when acid gets into milk, it causes the milk to become sour and turn “curdled.” There’s a very easy way that you can see this process for yourself!

All you’ll need is a small cup of milk and half of a lemon.

Squeeze the lemon into the milk and watch what happens. You’ll notice that milk almost immediately starts to curdle when the acid from the lemon gets mixed in!

Gross!!
